You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for educational and professional development purposes, including participation in webinars, live broadcasts, and interactive learning sessions focused on web application security.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request the deletion of your account by contacting us at info@skelvorad.com.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
13. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with widely accepted principles of international commercial law and good faith. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skelvorad regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
